Enquiries

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, topic and message. It also records the page from which you contact us and any campaign tags included in your visit. Please share only information relevant to your question, and do not include financial account details, identification documents or other sensitive information.

We use these details to reply, understand your request and manage the conversation. Enquiries are stored in a restricted inbox for authorized people working with HERHAUS. We may also send an email notification to Alyona. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Website services

Vercel hosts this website and stores enquiries in a private inbox. Sanity provides the content management system and the sign-in used to access that inbox. These service providers process information needed to operate their services. Technical safeguards help prevent spam, duplicate submissions and unauthorized access. The enquiry system uses a protected hash for rate limiting rather than storing your network address in the enquiry record.

Optional analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand visits, the pages people use and whether an enquiry was successfully received. Analytics is not loaded until you accept. The form works if you decline.

We do not send your name, email address or message to Google Analytics. Page addresses sent to analytics exclude query strings and fragments. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled. Your analytics choice and analytics cookies are set to expire after six months.

You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining stops future analytics collection from this website and removes its Google Analytics cookies where the browser allows. Information already processed by Google is subject to Google's handling and retention settings.

Access and retention

We retain enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond and manage the resulting conversation or client relationship. Access is limited to authorized people. Contact alena.shulakova@gmail.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information.
