Alyona began managing construction and renovation projects alongside her corporate career in research and consulting. In 2024, she left that role to focus on real estate full time.
That background informs how she evaluates a property: local demand, zoning, permitting and the economics of the proposed work.
She now leads residential projects in Greater Boston, working with architects, engineers and subcontractors from acquisition through construction and marketing.
